Meet Gary – A Skilled Automotive Leader & Business Strategist.
Gary joined Rapid Tune in 2017 as a Victorian Area Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience in automotive sales and management. His ability to lead and drive success was evident from the start, playing a key role in the launch of Rapid Tune Langwarrin later that same year.
In late 2018, Gary took the next step in his career, acquiring Rapid Tune Mornington. With a sharp business mindset and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he quickly refined operations, achieving key financial targets and establishing Mornington as a thriving location.
Over the course of his Rapid Tune journey, Gary acquired both Moorabbin and Sunshine North, successfully operating and later selling the franchises. Before long, he realised he missed the fast-paced nature of the business—so in January 2026, he regained ownership of Rapid Tune Moorabbin.
A visionary leader, he not only focuses on building successful businesses but also excels in identifying and developing talent within the network. He has played a key role in mentoring emerging franchisees, guiding smooth transitions of store ownership and offering ongoing support. His ability to nurture leadership potential has allowed him to empower others to take the reins, while he continues to refine and focus his expertise on the growth and success of his core business.
With his strategic mindset, business acumen, and dedication to growth, Gary continues to be a driving force within Rapid Tune, shaping both businesses and future leaders in the industry.
